The recipes provided on these pages (The Hungry Friar Website) were originally collected by me over the past 40 or 50 years. Though not created by me, most have been altered in one way or another to suit my own tastes. I cannot (and do not) give permission to anyone to distribute them commercially (for profit). To publish them commercially necessary permissions from the original authors must be obtained (I have listed them on the pages containing the recipes when they were known). However, visitors to this website are welcome to copy them for their own personal use, that is, to include them in their own personal recipe collections for use in their kitchens.
